San Antonio, Texas, January 3, 2012 – BCS ProSoft, a leading provider of business technology solutions, today announced that it has reached a deal with Forepoint Inc. to take over their Deltek Vision practice. Forepoint Inc. is a provider of business application software for small to mid-sized companies with a focus on accounting, ERP, project management, HRMS, and CRM solutions. Forepoint has more than 20 years of experience in the ERP industry, and has been recognized recently as a top Deltek business partner. In addition to augmenting BCS ProSoft’s Deltek Vision practice, the acquisition will provide Forepoint clients with access to BCS ProSoft’s complement of CRM, Document Management, HRMS, IT Infrastructure, and Business Consulting services.
