There are numerous options available to you when building an Advanced Search in Vision. Many times, this will involve repeated searches until you find the exact returns you are looking for. It doesn’t make sense to save everyone of these. By using the export to Excel, you can keep a record of each effort and make any applicable notes. Once you arrive at the search returns you are looking for, save this search into Vision.
Step 1) In any Info Center Search box, click on Advanced Search.
Step 2) Build your list of search options.
Step 3) Then, click the down arrow (highlighted in yellow above).
Step 4) Click on Print or Export to Excel.
When you click Print, this is the screen that will appear. You can print but you can’t save it. If it is something you want to save, click the Export to Excel and save from there.
