BCS: Tell us a little bit about the company.

AC: Advantage Controls is a Muskogee, OK manufacturer of water treatment and monitoring equipment and pumps for cooling towers, boilers, medical equipment, and various other applications used by customers worldwide.

BCS: How has your experience working with BCS ProSoft been?

AC: The BCS ProSoft staff is always courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Sage software.

BCS: How has your business changed since working with BCS ProSoft?

AC: Recently, Advantage Controls acquired a division of a company with similar products. We installed the Production Management module to accommodate the integration of this new product line. The PM implementation is still in progress. Our BCS ProSoft consultant, Brad Fowler has been excellent.

BCS: How has the company been working through COVID-19? What changes has your business made? Have you implemented new technology to help with efficiency, remote workforce, etc?

AC: The water treatment industry has been considered an essential business during COVID-19, so it has been business as usual for us. Some staff members that are able to work from home have done so occasionally. Many of our sales reps work remotely 100% of the time so it was easy to set things up for anyone needing to work from home.
