Is your firm waiting an entire month to receive your statement? Are you having to monitor employees to enter their company paid items and constantly chasing missing charges?

Many firms have gained efficiencies and now have more timely and accurate information by implementing Deltek Vision’s credit card feature.

Vision’s Credit Card feature is designed to provide a seamless flow from the CC company to the employee expense report or AP transactions.  As a cardholder, you can see all of your outstanding charges and only have to assign the project, category and upload the receipt.  No more excuses for delays and missing charges! This process removes the burden from the employee and/or finance team from manual data entry. The new functionality also includes:

  • The ability to import credit card charges from your credit card company into Vision and make these charges available to the cardholder.
  • An easy interface for the employee to add imported charges to their expense report.
  • A reconciliation application which will automate reconciled imported charges with the posted expense report.
  • The ability to see which charges are unprocessed for all employees (all missing charges) from a single screen.
