Kathi Graf, Senior Support Technician

Kathi Graf, Senior Support Technician for BCS ProSoft has been a MAS user for over 20 years, which means that she started out on the old blue DOS screens (for those of you that have been around long enough to remember). She brings her experience and love for helping people to work with her everyday and says that her goal is to help her customers resolve their issues as fast and simply as possible.

Kathi has been married for 29 years to her high school sweetheart, Larry, and together they have two fantastic kids that are currently attending college. She loves to run and has completed a full marathon as well as seven half marathons. When she’s not helping her customers or running, she enjoys needlepoint and crochet. Kathi also loves soccer and still donates her time to the local soccer leagues, even though her children have graduated and moved on.
