Many people don’t realize that there are MANY more fields available to be included on most Deltek Vision reports, but they never see them because they don’t know they can select from multiple GRID TYPES to view the additional data. Here’s an example.
1. Go to Reporting/Employee/Employee List and click on the Report Options column
2. Below the Report Name field is the GRID TYPE, click on the down arrow to view the different grids that are available for the employee list report
3. Choose Licenses

4. Now click on the Columns tab and scroll to the bottom of the available fields list. Note that there are fields available that are related to Licenses.
