We started off our 2015 Deltek Vision User Group Meetings off on the right foot! Before I recap the event I want to give thanks to our Deltek Vision Account Manager, Shawna Dillard for organizing all of these events and making them so successful. Of course the complimentary lunch wouldn’t be possible without support from Deltek. I also wanted to extend a big thank you to the folks at the Plaza Club in Honolulu, the HESS Club in Houston, Paloma Blanca in San Antonio, and Portobello’s in Baton Rouge for allowing us to use their facilities.
At the March user groups Vision Consultant, Nedra Roberson from BCS ProSoft was with us to talk about tools that Accounting can provide to help Project Managers. While a lot of the regulars were in attendance, there were quite a few new faces at each of these events. At our event in Honolulu we also had a unique roundtable discussion before the meeting started to discuss different modules, including Deltek CRM, Resource Planning, and more. We found this to be incredibly beneficial and plan on facilitating similar discussions at future meetings.
